PURPOSE:To uniformly and also certainly clean a disk from various directions, by constituting the center of rotation of four cleaning bodies extending in a radial direction from a center so as to be decentered from the center of rotation of the disk. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning body 21 and its rotating mechanism 22 are provided on a cover 2, and the output terminal 19 of a main body case 1 side is engaged with a part of the input inner gear of the mechanism 22, then being driven. A cleaning body 21 extends four protruding cleaning parts 21a on a base 39 in the radial direction from the center O2 of the base, and supports them independently, and also, energizes them by a spring in the downward direction. The center O2 of rotation of the cleaning body 21 is positioned at a position decentered from the center O1 of a disk 3, and the locus of a point P on the cleaning body 21 caused by rotation and revolution cleans up on the disk uniformly, and cleans up a soiled part from all directions. Therefore, the disk 3 on a placing plane 5 can be cleaned up uniformly and also efficiently and exactly from al directions.
