PURPOSE:To attain the efficient temperature compensation by constituting the temperature compensation circuit by at least either an input impedance of a passive circuit or an output impedance, a thermister and a resistor so as to compensate the output change due to temperature caused in an active circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output of an oscillator 1 is amplified by an amplifier 2, the oscillator 1 and the amplifier 2 are provided with a filter 3 being a connection means and in common for shaping the oscillated waveform from the oscillator 1. In figure, a pre-stage temperature compensation section A comprising the input impedance using a thermister 4 and resistors R1-R3 and a post-stage temperature compensation section B comprising an output impedance consisting of a thermister 5 and resistors R4-R6. In the execution, both the temperature compensation sections are used simultaneously or either of the temperature compensation sections is selected for the purpose.
