PURPOSE:To obtain a simple constitution and enhance productivity and quality in the case of a bead wire for a tire by installing, on the external diameter side of a coated hard steel wire bundle, a hard rubber type apex of a triangle shaped section, on whose side face a double structured reinforced filler is bonded. CONSTITUTION:A hard rubber apex 2 having a triangle shaped section is bonded to the external diameter side of a ring type rubber coated hard steel wire bundle 1. After cords 4 of metal or nonmetal are wound spinally between sides of the apex 2 and the coated hard steel wire bundle 1, made flat and rubber coating 5 is performed, then a double laminated reinforced filler 3 is bonded thereon so that respective cords 4 can cross each other. By this constitution, it is possible to have the simple constitution and enhance productivity and quality.
