PURPOSE:To control the temperature and the humidity simultaneously with a high accuracy by calculating and controlling the dew point to control the humidity indirectly. CONSTITUTION:The dry-bulb temperature and the wet-bulb temperature are measured to calculated the dew point. The calculated dew point is caused to coincide with a preliminarily determined desired value by humidifying or dehumidifying. The dry-bulb temperature is caused to coincide with a desired value by heating or cooling. As the result, the temperature and the humidity are controlled simultaneously and independently of each other.
