PURPOSE:To smoothly perform the movement of a step core material, by providing opening parts to the mutually opposed areas of a core material guide having the passage of the sectional core material provided thereto in a piercing state so as to reach said passage of the sectional core material and mounting a pair of rollers forcibly moving the sectional core material while grasping the same to said opening parts. CONSTITUTION:A step core material 13 having a U-shaped cross-sectional area is inserted in the passage 12 of a core material guide 11 and the peripheral end parts of an upper roller 16 and a lower roller 17 are contacted with the sectional core material from above and below. Next, a first elastic material, for example, hard solid rubber is allowed to pass through a first supply part 27 and a second elastic material, for example, soft sponge rubber is allowed to pass through a second supply part 28. Further, when a drive source such as a motor is started to rotate the drive gear 24 connected to a support shaft 25, the rotation of said drive gear 24 is transmitted to a gear 21 through tooth parts 24a, 21a and the upper roller 16 revolves. Whereupon, the rotary power of the upper roller 16 is transmitted to the step core material 13 held between the upper roller 16 and the lower roller 17 to forcibly move the step core material 13. |
