PURPOSE:To easily associate actually entered data with computer input data by putting a mark in an input paper at the time of inputting data and permitting a mark reader to associate the inputted data with actually entered data. CONSTITUTION:The paper is set to a coordinate input device 101, and data is entered from the device. Upon the completion of the entry, a printer 102 prints a mark such as a bar code in the upper right corner on the back of the paper. the inputted data is recognized by a recognizer 103, made into a code, transmitted to a central processing unit 104, and stored in a storage device 107. At the time of recognition the entry paper is set to a paper setting stand 105. The mark reader 106 reads the mark entered on the back of the entry paper. Input data corresponding to the mark is taken out of the storage deice 107, displayed on a display device 108, whereby the actually entered data is recognized and corrected.
