PURPOSE:To enable inexpensive and safe measurement with good accuracy, by connecting two dual type vehicles and providing a relative displacement detection mechanism to the connection part. CONSTITUTION:Vehicle bodies 1, 2 connected advance in the direction shown by an arrow on a rail 3 and the up-and-down displacement between the vehicle bodies 1, 2 and the axle boxes of wheels is detected by a detector 6. A detector 7 detects up-and-down displacement from the relative displacements between the vehicle bodies 1, 2 and detectors 8-1, 8-2 mounted at an interval H in an up-and-down direction detect front-and-back displacements x1, x2.
