PURPOSE:To economically form a hologram-transferred foil high in quality and good in reproducibility at high speed by irradiating electron beams on a resin layer for forming the hologram to harden the resin, and forming a metallic reflective layer and a heat sensitive adhesive layer on said layer. CONSTITUTION:A strippable layer 2 formed on one side of a base sheet 1 made of a heat resistant polyester film is coated with an electron beam hardenable resin layer 3 moderate in viscosity and plasticity, and this layer 3 is lightly pressed with a metallic relief hologram stamper 4 to form the electron beam hardenable resin layer 3' having the hologram formed on the surface. The surface of the layer 3' is irradiated with electron beams and hardened in a short time, then the metallic reflective layer 7 is formed on the layer 3', and further, the heat sensitive adhesive layer 8 is formed on it. The strippable layer 2 is formed to effectively transfer the layer 3' to the body for receiving the hologram, and a thermoplastic acrylic resin, a chlorinated rubber, and the like can be used for the layer 2. As the electron beam hardenable resin, a composition using polyester acrylate or the like as a base resin, and acrylic acid or the like as a monomer for a diluent can be used.
