PURPOSE:To convey a load without falling, by transferring the stacked blanks, which are formed by blanking a stack of materials for a paper carton or the like having intermittent slits in a desired shape, through a horizontally movable picking rod to a liftable product conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A stacked material A mounted on a feeder table 1 is advanced by a pusher 2 onto a forcing means 6. Then, a blanked scrap presser device 3 is operated to make a presser die 4 press a portion of the blanked scrap. Then, the forcing means 6 is lifted to blank the material to form a stacked blank B having a desired shape. Then, the forcing means 6 is stopped at the lifted position under the condition where the stacked blank B is pressed by a presser bar 5. Under this condition, a picking rod 8 is inserted into a grove 9 of the forcing means 6 under the stacked blank B. Then, the presser die 4 and the presser bar 5 are lifted, and the forcing means 6 is lowered. Thereafter, the picking rod 8 is retracted by a cylinder, and the stacked blank on the rod 8 is transported onto a liftable conveyor 20 having a recess 29.
