PURPOSE:To perform a guidance to be easily operated by unspecified many people by displaying a video tex picture from a display part and outputting a sound outputted from a video disk as a guidance sound. CONSTITUTION:A counter terminal is provided with a CAPTAIN terminal control part 23. In the CAPTAIN terminal 23, a video tex decoder 23-1 for decoding the video tex picture of the CAPTAIN displayed at this time is disposed and a video tex number corresponding to the video tex picture is transmitted to a video disk control part 17. Thereby, contact part S1 is turned on to a CAPTAIN signal side and a contact part S2 is turned on to an upper side, thereby, the video tex picture is displayed on a display 22 and the video disk sound for instructing an operation procedure in detail is outputted. Since the sound of the video disk can be outputted to the video tex picture, the guidance by which the unspecified many people can very easily operate can be performed in comparison with only the display.
