PURPOSE:To improve the availability of the computer resources and to attain the highly effective execution of each job by providing each control area for the state of each computer resources to check this control area before a job is started and acquiring logically the computer resources of each control part to start the job when the job start conditions are all satisfied. CONSTITUTION:When a job start request is received, a job operation management part 120 refers to a resources control area within a computer resources control area 110 to check whether the start conditions are satisfied or not. When the job start conditions including the idle state of the computer resources requested by the job are all satisfied, the computer resources of each control area are logically acquired and the job is started. Thus the job is started after both parts 110 and 120 confirm that the computer resources satisfy the jot start conditions before the job is started. As a result, it is possible to avoid the abnormal stop of the job or the useless job queuing and also improve the availability of the computer resources. |
