PURPOSE:To continuously separate and recover magnetic particles contained in fluid by magnetically attracting the magnetic particles contained in fluid to fine wires of a ferromagnetic material which are extended in a first chamber and thereafter vibrating the above-mentioned fine wires by means of AC current and carrying the magnetic particles while repeating the separation and sticking thereof. CONSTITUTION:Liquid to be purified which contains magnetic particles is introduced into a first chamber 7 through an introduction pipe 2 and the magnetic particles contained in fluid are magnetically attracted to the fine wires 9 of a ferromagnetic material which are extended in the first chamber 7. Then while repeating separation and sticking of the magnetic particles by uniformly vibrating the fine wires 9 by means of AC current, the magnetic particles are carried to a second chamber 8 wherein washing water is introduced thereinto and separated from the fine wires 9 and discharged through a drainage pipe 5. Further in this equipment, since the fine wires 9 are extended in only the first chamber 7, manufacture of the equipment is easy and inexpensive. |
