PURPOSE:To prevent the precipitation of a catalyst without imparting effect to catalytic activity, by adding a specific amount of 10-20 C aliphatic alcohol, etc. to a catalyst system containing an Ni salt of an organic acid or an Ni- complex compound and tirialkyl aluminum, etc. CONSTITUTION:A catalyst system containing a Ni salt of an organic acid or Ni-complex compound, trialkyl aluminum, a trivalent phosphoric compound represented by formula I, II or III (wherein R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or a phenyl group) and fluorinated isopropanol represented by formula IV [wherein (m) and (n) are an integer of 4<=m+n] is prepared. 0.05-0.8mol times based on trialkyl aluminum of 10-20 C aliphatic alcohol, carboxylic acid or ester thereof is added to said catalyst system to prevent the precipitation of a catalyst. |
