PURPOSE:To make equipment compact, by a method wherein a concn. waste liquid is reacted with hydrogen peroxide while the pH thereof is adjusted and a neutralizing agent is subsequently added to the treated waste liquid to neutralize the same before dehydration treatment. CONSTITUTION:Industrial water is added to a waste liquid in the same quantity and the resulting mixture is received in a treatment tank 1 while the treated liquid is recirculated by a recirculation pump 2 through an ejector 3. A H2O2 solution is supplied to the ejector 3 from a H2O2 solution tank 4 by a pump 5 to apply oxidizing treatment to the liquid. The oxidized waste liquid prevented from the increase in viscosity and holing flowability is sent to a neutralizing tank to be adjusted to pH 7-8 by neutralizing treatment using slaked lime. Subsequently, the treated liquid is subjected to dehydration treatment by a filter press and the obtained sludge is discarded. By this method, treatment capacity is enhanced and this treatment method contributes to economical efficiency and the prevention of public nuisance.
