<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power to be consumed by obtaining a volume of NOx out of volume of air or gas and concentration of NOx, controlling an inverter in accordance with said volume and changing frequency of a motor for drying a rotor of pulse high-pressure electric source to control the volume of generation O3. CONSTITUTION:Off-gas coming out of a boiler 1 comes into an absorption column 3 through an air heater 13 and a cooler 14, while O3 comes from an ozonizer 14 into an off-gas line 2 to react NO with NO2. Out of the volume of air or gas coming out of a flow meter 7 and the concentration of NOx out of a NOx concentration meter 8, the volume of NOx is found by an arithmetic operator 9, in accordance with which an inverter 12 is controlled to change the number of revolution of a motor 11 for driving a rotor of pulse high-pressure electric source 16. By changing the number of revolutions of the rotor 11, the ozonizer 4 is controlled to control the volume of O3 at a fixed generating ratio with the volume of NOx.</p> |
