PURPOSE:To facilitate the machining of a screw, etc., by joining a material which is large in the mixing amount of a binder with an end part by using a metallic mold and molding integrally an unsintered body consisting of powder of ceramic and a binder which are kneaded. CONSTITUTION:The powder of ceramic and binder are kneaded and materials which are difference in the mixture ratio of the ceramic powder and binder are connected with each other. For example, a center part which requires the accuracy of a ferrule most is formed and a material obtained by kneading a material whose binder amount is 5-15% and large with its periphery is jointed with the end part of the center part; and they are ground, molded, and calcined.
