PURPOSE:To uniformalize the welding quality and to shorten working time by providing a pressing mechanism to hold a zone to be welded between on a rotational stand and supporting mechanisms of a couple of torches whose positions are changeable and welding peripheral parts of diaphragms at the same time. CONSTITUTION:An object 4 to be welded consisting of a detection part body 1, the diaphragms 2 and 2, etc., is installed on the rotational stand 10. Moreover, gaps or inclinations of the torches 12 and 12 with respect to welding parts 5 and 5 of the zone 4 to be welded are adjusted and the positions of the torches 12 and 12 are determined. An operating signal is given by a starting switch and a clamping axis 31 comes down and the object to be welded is clamped. Next, the torches 12 and 12 advance and a welding current rises and the rotational stand 10 stars to rotate and when the welding current is attained, the welding is started and the welding is completed with one rotation of the rotational stand 10. In this way, a couple of diaphragms 2 and 2 can be joined to both ends of the body 1 in an uniform state at the same time with the automatic welding.
