PURPOSE:To eliminate occurrence of rolling and to prevent occurrence of flaws by leanly setting at least one vertical roll of a welded tube roll forming device consisting of a combination of horizontal and vertical rolls in the stock traveling direction. CONSTITUTION:A forming stand 10 consists of a breakdown 12 and a fin-pass 14. The breakdown 12 consists of horizontal rolls 14, 16, 18, 20 and vertical rolls 22, 24, 26, 28; the fin-pass 14 consists of rolls 30, 32, 34. Only the vertical roll 28 on the final stage is leaned in the stock traveling direction. In result, a rolling part A is put a friction force F as a rolled stock travels; the force F is divided into the the horizontal component Fx and the downward component Fy and a restoring force is generated by the component Fy and a rolling is eliminated.
