MANUFACTURE OF METAL BELLOWS

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent that a pressure becomes unbalanced load and to obtain an objective metal bellows better and stably by pressing with a spring the pressing plate providing the annular press projecting part at the inner side and outside projecting at the prescribed height toward a piled body. CONSTITUTION:The pressing plate 28 thick and in annular shape is overlapped coaxially on the upper part of the piled body consisting of a bellows stock 10 and flange 14 therefor. The pressing plate 28 is provided with the forming width about same as those of the annular projecting parts 26a, 26b that the annular projecting parts 26a, 26b projecting at the prescribed height in the axial direction are respectively provided on the head part 22 of a bolt 20, in the inner peripheral edge part and other peripheral edge part of the face of one part in the axial direction. The piled body consisting of the bellows stock 10 and flange 14 is pressed by acting the prescribed pressure on the pressing plate 28 via a spring 36, by fastening a nut 40 by fitting a coil spring 36 and annular spring pressing plate 38 at the upper part of this pressing plate 28.
