PURPOSE:To easily attain individual recognition by providing a magnetic reader to an input means and adopting the constitution that the magnetic reader reads personal recognition information of the user from magnetic code key being the arrangement of combinations of N, S poles and a non-magnetized part. CONSTITUTION:The personal recognition information of each user being a reference of personal recognition is represented by the combination of N, S poles or non-magnetizing part of magnetic poles and stored in a personal recogni tion means 9 of the user side in advance, and a telephone number for repertory dial function is stored in a person information storage means at each individual as personal information. Simultaneously, the personal recognition information is stored in magnet arrangement sections 4a-4c on a magnetic code key 3 and at the time of the user uses a telephone set, the magnetic code is read by allowing the user to push the magnetic code key 3 onto the magnetic reader 1 and sent to a person recognition means 9 at the user side via a control means 8 and the personal recognition means 9 at the user side applies the personal recognition. Thus, even when plural users use one set of telephone device, the personal recognition is attained.
