PURPOSE:To reduce bending moment at the central part and its neighbor of a steel pipe pile by tensely providing a tension member between the still water surface on the outside of the harbour of the piles forming a breakwater and anchors driven into the bearing layer in the seabed ground on the outside of the harbour. CONSTITUTION:A tension member 3 is tensely providing between the still water surface on the outside of harbour of a steel pipe pile1 forming a breakwater, driven into the bearing layer in the seabed ground, and an anchor 2 driven into the bearing layer in the seabed ground on the outside of the harbour. Bending moment at the central part and its neighbor of the steel pipe pile 1 can thus be reduced.
