PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by suspension polymerizing vinyl chloride monomer in water containing added two kinds of polyvinyl alcohol as a suspending agent and having improved surface smoothness of films as well as melt fluidity in baking while heating. CONSTITUTION:A composition, obtained by suspension polymerizing (a) 100pts. wt. vinyl chloride monomer or a mixture thereof with another monomer in (b) an aqueous solution containing (ii) 0.01-0.2pts.wt. polyvinyl alcohol (A) having 65-80mol% saponification degree and 2-9 cP viscosity in a 4wt% aqueous solution at 20 deg.C and (iii) 0.001-0.1pts.wt. polyvinyl alcohol (B) having 30-55mol% saponification degree and 6-15 cP viscosity in a 4wt% aqueous solution at 20 deg.C added to (i) water and having improved surface smoothness of films without causing deterioration in film hardness resulting from blending of a plasticizer and evaporation thereof as well as occurrence of fogging caused thereby, etc.
