PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic transaction facility capable of certainly judging a supplementation and enhancing a reliability in the predetermined number of sheets required up to an END process, by a method wherein in the reset of a containing means, witch a memory of a small stock state, transaction mediums are carried followed by a re-detection of the containing state in the containing means, and if the removal of the small stock state is detected as a result, the small stock state being stored is erased. CONSTITUTION:When journal sheets 52 in a container 51 reduce in the containing state, a NEAR END state is detected by a near end detector 53, then a detection signal is supplied to a main control part 11. A magnetic card read part 12 is set in a main body 1 and an ON signal from an unit switch 32 is supplied to the main control part 11. Therefore, by the main control part 11, the near end of the journal sheets 52 is judged, thereafter the NEAR END state is informed to a staff through a remote monitor 22 as well as stored in a RAM 23. After that, a process has proceeded under the state allowing a transaction until a predetermined transaction is completed, therefore an END process of the journal sheets 52 is performed. In this manner, the predetermined number of sheets required up to the END process can be further ensured. |
