PURPOSE:To retrieve the load in the circuit constitution by decreasing selectively a base potential of the 2nd transistor (TR) whose base is connected between a current source and an emitter of the 1st TR and whose emitter is connected to a common potential point. CONSTITUTION:A current source 11 and NPN TRs 12, 13 are connected in series between a power supply +B and a ground potential point. An NPN TR 14 whose base is connected to a connecting point P between the current source 11 and the series connection of the TRs 12, 13 and whose collector is connected to the power supply +B is provided. A current source 15 is connected between the emitter of the TR 14 and the ground potential point. An NPN TR 17 whose base and emitter are connected to a connecting point Q between the emitter of the TR 14 and a current source 15 via a resistor 16 is provided. An NPN TR 18 whose collector and emitter are connected to the base of the TR 17 is provided and a switching signal S is fed to the base of the TR 18.
