PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of the interval between pulleys by rotatably supporting a sleeve onto a shaft and fixedly installing a plurality of pulleys onto the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:When idler pulleys 5 and 6 are installed at the prescribed positions on a shaft 2, in assembling a recorder, set screws 7 and 8 are loosened, and the idler pulleys 5 and 6 are fitted onto a sleeve 4, and positioned at the prescribed positions. Then, the pulleys 5 and 6 are fixed at the prescribed positions by tightening the set screws 7 and 8. When the installation position of each pulley 5, 6 on the shaft 2 is minutely adjusted, the set screw 7, 8 is loosened once, and after each pulley 5, 6 is shifted to an arbitrary position, the set screw 7, 8 is tightened.
