PURPOSE:To prevent the transmission speed of information from being delayed, by responding and selecting one of routes by one of control information transmitters selected by the instruction of a processor in an exchange station, and transmitting control information while confirming it by using the route. CONSTITUTION:In the titled system, since line concentrating stage blocks 201-20n do not receive the control information, no data is written on respective transmission memory, and only the control information from the extension concentrating stage block 201 out of the outputs of an OR circuit 120 in a common equipment 10, in made effective, and it is transmitted to a control part 50 through an S/P circuit 100, etc. The control part 50, at the time of detecting the change of the control information, transmitts a response signal to all of the line concentrating stage blocks 201-20n by the same procedure as in the transmission of a control data. The line concentrating stage block 201, that is a control information transmission route, at the time of receiving the response signal, terminates the transmission of the control signal, and the common equipment 10, in case of detecting the termination of the control information, terminates the transmission of the response signal. Afterwards, the transmission of the control information is performed until a transmission completion signal is transmitted from the common equipment 10. In this way, the transmission speed is prevented from being delayed.
