PURPOSE:To obtain superior sharpness by using a specified yellow coupler. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of yellow coupler represented by the formula is incorporated into at least one silver halide emulsion layer. In the formula, each of R and R' is alkyl, cycloalkyl or the like, Y is halogen, alkyl, alkoxy or the like, each of R1 and R2 is optionally substituted alkyl or phenyl, m=1 or 2, R3 is optionally substituted alkyl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl or the like, R4 is H or optionally substituted alkyl, n is 0 or an integer of >=1, time is a timing group, each of X1 and X2 is a hetero atom of an auxochrome and each of W1 and W2 is a hetero atom of an auxochrome and each of W1 and W2 is a residue of a diffusion resistant dye. A silver halide color photographic sensitive material having superior sharpness and giving a fast image is obtd. |
