PURPOSE:To reduce a memory capacity required for a log collection when it is not requested, by providing a means which generates or deletes dynamically a log collection task which collects a bit of log information in the setting of a session, corresponding to a request from a terminal. CONSTITUTION:A log starting/finishing command acceptance part 19, when accepting a command, designates a program in a log collection task generation/ deletion requesting part 24 by a command processor start up part 20, then starts up a command processor 22. When the log collection task generation/ deletion requesting part 24 is loaded and operated from a command processor library 26, the request to process the generation or the deletion of a log collection task 25 is issued to a terminal monitoring part 18. When accepting the request of the above process, the terminal monitoring part 18 generates or deletes the log collection task 25 by a log collection task generating/deleting part 21. In this way, when the log collection is no more required, the log collection task 25 is deleted automatically, and a memory on which the task resides is released.
