PURPOSE:To stabilize measurement with easy repeated use and preservation, by adding a gel evaporation preventing agent to an internal liquid previously gelatinized to allow the maintaining of a wet surface thereof even when the gelatinized internal liquid is left alon in the air for a long time. CONSTITUTION:A liquid junction 10 is made up of a part of a gelatinized internal liquid 9 and moreover, a maintain a wet surface thereof, which enables repeated use without cutting off a part thereof 10. The gelatinized internal liquids 6 and 9 will not get dry by air even if passing through the liquid junction 10 or inside and outside an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2 from closed sections thereof thereby stabilizing the measuring accuracy and eliminating the need for closing the closed sections of the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2. Thus, the production process can be simplified.
