PURPOSE:To omit the impression of a seal of approval at every output of a hard copy, by describing a seal of approval symbol equivalent to the seal of approval on a CAD drawing in a data base. CONSTITUTION:In the titled system, a qualifier for the check of a drawing registers a seal of approver code (password code) and a bit of seal of approval symbol information at a file 3. And the qualifier for the check of the drawing, for example, displays the CAD drawing corresponding to a bit of CAD drawing information 1-2, then tests it. At such a time, a drawing check processing function part 4 renders a decision for qualification by the seal of approver code. And when a tested result is good, the drawing check function part 4 synthesizes the bit of CAD drawing information 1-2 and the bit of seal of approval symbol information 5.
