PURPOSE:To judge gap depth '0' at high accuracy by providing a projected part in the gap forming part of a lower core and prescribing gap depth zero point. CONSTITUTION:A projected part (gap depth zero point pattern) 6 is formed in a lower core 5 and gap depth zero point 6 is prescribed by the edge. Thereby, variation of track width from x0 to x1 can be neglected, and the track width becomes constant throughout all gap depth. In the case where gap depth zero point 6 is inside of a through hole 4 and track layer, it is enough to position the gap depth zero point 6 inside of rounded corner x1.
