PURPOSE:To obtain a performance analyzer capable of detecting various states of a device to be measured by measuring the duration of a prescribed signal state of the output of an operating part which outputs the result of a designated logical operation of the output of a selecting part which selects each designated signal from signals outputted from the device to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A signal line group 2 from the device to be measured is connected in parallel to plural selecting parts 61, 62, etc., and each of selecting parts 61 and 62 consists of a conventional mask register and a selecting circuit 5 and selects a signal corresponding to the bit set to the mask register 4 from the signal line group 2 and outputs the selected signal to a signal line 65, 66 or the like. The bit which designates a signal to be selected is preliminarily set to the mask register 4 of each of selecting parts 61 and 62 by a control part 63. An operating part 64 outputs the result from execution of the designated logical operation of signals of signal lines 65 and 66 to a signal line 6, and AND between designated signals out of plural input signals is outputted.
