PURPOSE:To reduce the heat radiation loss of a low NOx burner and a vaporiza tion block and improve ignition performance with the help of the rise in flame hole temp. by installing a concentric circular vaporization block with built-in sheath heater at a volume part in the inside of flame holes. CONSTITUTION:At the upper surface of a disc bottom of a cylindrical body 4 in a vaporization block 3 heated by a sheath heater 6, air and fuel are spouted from an air supply hole 7 and a fuel supply nozzle 8 respectively. At the upper surface of the disc bottom fuel is vaporized and the mixture of the air and vaporized fuel passes through a number of small holes 5 and reach flame holes 1 and is ignited to form fire flames on the flame holes 1. At that time, as there is the cylindrical body 4 heated by a the heater 6 near the flame holes 1, the holes receives uniformly radiation heat from the body 4 in a wide area and a short distance. Further, heat conduction from the connecting part between the block 3 and the holes 1 is added and therefore the temp. of the holes 1 is increased and also the mixture is re-heated when it passes through a number of heated small holes 5. Therefore, ignition energy becomes low and such a phenomenon that the mixture is spouted in white smoke does not take place.
