PURPOSE:To actuate accurately an exhaust gas recirculation valve by driving an interfering member which controls the air current from a negative pressure port and an atmospheric pressure port by means of the diaphragm of a negative pressure modulator valve which responds with the venturi negative pressure in an exhaust gas recirculation control device. CONSTITUTION:The first port 4 provided on the body of a negative pressure modurator valve 1 is communicated with an intake air path 6 via the first air passage 5, and the second port 13 is communicated with the second chamber 10 of a negative pressure regulator valve 3 via a negative pressure passage 14. The atmospheric pressure chamber 19 on the one side partitioned into tow parts by a diaphragm 18 is opened to the atmosphere, and the negative pressure chamber 20 on the other side is communicated with a venturi part 22 via the second negative pressure passage 21. Among both ports 4, 13 and an outlet port 15 to an exhaust gas recirculation control valve 15, fixed orifices 32 and filters 43 are provided respectively, and between both orifices an interfering member 33 connected to the diaphragm 18 is interposed.
