PURPOSE:To improve durability by fixing the trailing end of an elastic film partitioning into a pressurize room and a pressurized room to a cover and the forward end surface to a plate in such a manner as to freely expand and shrink in the interior of a housing. CONSTITUTION:In the interior of a housing 4, a rubber elastic film 5' has a ring-shaped end portion of the base fixed to the base end portion of a cover 3. The elastic film partitions into a pressurize room 8 on the outside and a pressurized room 7' on the inside in a space with a cylinder 2 of the housing 4. The front portion of the elastic film is clamped and fixed by a plate 16 and a sub-plate 19 in a space with the cylinder 2. The plate 16 is connected to a hydraulic cylinder 18 by a rod 17. Accordingly, liquid to be force fed such as slurry or the like can be supplied and discharged to and from the pressurized room, so that the inside surface of the housing will not be damaged to improve durability.
