<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly securely discriminate types of works even if piston works are slightly different from each other, by discriminating the type of the works on the basis of signals of a measuring unit for measuring weight acting on a support member. CONSTITUTION:Support members 18, 19 for supporting a crankshaft W are mounted slidably on support bases 16, 17. Displacement detectors 24, 25 are mounted below the support members 18, 19 to constitute a measuring unit for measuring a work weight with the detectors 24, 25 and springs 20, 21. When both ends of the crankshaft W are supported on the support members 18, 19, the springs 20, 21 are deflected by the weight of the crankshaft to lower the support members 18, 19 a predetermined amount so that the output of electric signal proportional to the weight W of the crankshaft W will be generated from the detector 24, 25.</p> |
