<p>PURPOSE:To wind a disused tape after cutting out an adhesive tape easily by mounting a vertically movable ultraviolet irradiator irradiating the disused section of one part of the ultraviolet adhesive tape stuck to the surface of a frame by ultraviolet rays to the upper section of the surface of the frame. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet curing type adhesive tape 1 forwarded onto a frame 3 by a roller 2 is stuck onto the surface of a frame by a roller 11, the tape 1 is cut out to a circular shape having a diameter larger than the inside diameter of the frame as shown in a shape such as a broken line 12, and a doughnut-shaped shaded part 13 is irradiated by a vertically movable ultraviolet (UV) lamp set up to the upper section of the frame. The UV lamp 10a is projected through a space 11a consisting of a double conical cylinder in order to irradiate to such a doughnut shape. Consequently, tackiness to the surface of the frame lowers in the adhesive tape 1 irradiated by UV beams, and a disused tape 1a is peeled from the frame and wound easily by a disused- tape winding roller 6. The inside diameter of the shaded part 13 may be slightly larger than the diameter of an effective adhesive circle.</p> |
