PURPOSE:To improve durability by disposing a reciprocating pump in such a manner as to have the amplitude facing alternating magnetic field of a rotary magnet rotated by the turning force of a motor, and providing a vibrating plate for transmitting vibration of a vibrating magnet to an elastic film. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a motor 12 and a reciprocating pump 13, and a rotary magnet 17 is mounted on the forward end of a rotary shaft 16. The rotary magnet 17 has N pole and S pole with the rotary shaft 16 as a symmetry axis, and a vibrating magnet 18 is positioned. The vibrating magnet 18 is provided on the forward end of a vibrating plate 15 rotatably supported on a supporting point 14 and fixed to the apex of an elastic film sucking plate 19 of the reciprocating pump 13. The vibrating magnet 18 is vibrated by alternating magnetic field of the rotary magnet 17, so that the vibrating plate 15 is reciprocated and the elastic film sucking plate 19 is vibrated. Accordingly, the amplitude transmitted to the reciprocating pump 13 is very smooth, so that the durability of the elastic film sucking plate 19 can be improved. |
