PURPOSE:To improve the releasability of moldings from molds and the surface properties of moldings and to prevent molds from being stained, by incorporating a specified org. phosphoric acid (metal salt) in a reaction injection molding compsn. CONSTITUTION:An org. phosphoric acid (metal salt) of formula I or II (wherein R is an 8-22C alkyl, an alkenyl or a cycloalkyl; and metal for metal salt is Zn, Ca, Ba, Mg, Al, Sr, Sn, Fe, Co or Ni) is prepd. The org. phosphoric acid (metal salt) is blended with a reaction injection molding compsn. (e.g., raw materials for urethane) to obtain the desired reaction injection molding compsn. Examples of the org. phosphoric acid (metal salt) are stearyl acid phosphate and zinc cyclohexyl acid phosphate. The org. phosphoric acid is used in an amount of 0.1-5pts.wt. based on that of the resin.
