A blood circulation accelerator device being effective for healing fatigue or bruise consists of a speed meter cable(2) connecting a motor body(1) to a rotor(4), the rotor(4) having a rotating shaft(15) and a rotating grooved part(6), and a speed adjuster. The rotating grooved parts(6) are placed with 3-4 parts around the rotating shaft(5). The number of grooves varying from 2 to 4 in the grooved part(6) can be selected by need of the user according to his status.
