Baker's prover, particularly for frozen dough, being the type of prover comprising two corridors 6 and 7 located in front of and behind the shelves 14 carrying the fermenting dough, and in which corridors air circulates in a closed circuit, characterised in that in its simplest form the prover has two compartments 12 and 13 into which enters a small amount of the hot humid air circulating through the said corridors. The air contained inside the prover is moved by a blower 15 located in one of the corridors 6 and 7 at the point of the separation 4 between the two identical and superimposed compartments 12 and 13. <IMAGE>
