PURPOSE:To enhance adhesion between a pressure-sensitive ink layer and a base and adhesion of recorded characters or the like to a paper or the like, enable the recorded characters or the like to be released and enable re-recording on a part from which the recorded character or the like has been released, by using solid cottonseed fat s a modifier. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-sensitive transfer ink layer provided on a base comprises a pigment, a synthetic resin and solid cottonseed fat used as a modifier for the resin. Solid cottonseed fat has a function of softening the synthetic resin and a function of enabling the ink layer to be easily released from the base, does not embrittle the resin, and ensures that the pigment is appropriately dispersed and will not be left on a paper or the like. Solid cottenseed fat comprises a 18C saturated fatty acid and glyceride thereof as main constituent, and is preferably used in a amount of about 30-60wt% based on the dry weight of the ink layer. |
