PURPOSE:To generate elliptical vibration efficiently, by setting a beam diagonally to the central axis of the bending vibration of a disc. CONSTITUTION:On the bottom section of a disc 1 with diameter D and thickness T, a groove 3 with depth S is notched, and tortional connector is organized by forming the residual crescent-shaped legs 4. Through the center of the groove 3, a slot for tightening with a bolt is bored. On the upper section of the disc 1, a beam 2 is set diagonally to the groove 3. A distance between the bottom section of the crescent-shaped legs 4 and the upper surface of the beam 2 is the height h of the tortional connector. By making the thickness 2t of the beam 2 equal to the thickness T of the disc 1, the performance of the tortional connector can be maximized. |
