PURPOSE:To prevent an image-receiving paper and an ink paper from slipping relative to each other and enable accurate image forming, by providing a recording sheet with both heat resistance and a sliding property. CONSTITUTION:A coloring material layer comprising a heat-fusible or sublimable dye is provided on one side of a plastic base, and a layer comprising an acrylic polymer and a block or graft copolymer of an acrylic polymer with a fluoro polymer and/or a silicone polymer is provided on the other side of the plastic base. Since the block or graft copolymer comprising fluoro and/or silicone chains on the surface of a backbone consisting of the acrylic polymer is incorporated in a hardened product of the acrylic polymer, favorable heat resistance and an excellent sliding property are obtained. Therefore, under high energy and at a relatively low temperature at the start of printing, images can be obtained with favorable feedability without any sticking. The hardened product of the acrylic polymer may be, for example, a polymer of acrylic or methacrylic acid or an ester thereof. The block or graft copolymer is preferably used in an amount of 0.5-10pts.wt. based on the amount of the hardened product of the acrylic polymer. |
