PURPOSE:To reduce tilt control force of a cabin, when it is tilted, by the resiliently restoring force of a resilient member in a hinge mechanism, also serving as an assisting mechanism, while to promote the elimination or the like of a damper locking the cabin in a vertical direction by two kinds of coil springs. CONSTITUTION:A cabin 3, forming a driver's room, is mounted to the front part of a pair of right and left frames 1, 2 extending in the longitudinal direction of a car body, and a hinge mechanism 4, which connects both of these cabin and frames, enables the cabin 3 to be tilted between a horizontally locked position and a tilted position. Here the hinge mechanism 4, which inserts a torsion bar 18 into a mount tube 9 and a connection tube 15, also serves as an assisting mechanism lightly tilting the cabin 3 by utilizing the resiliently restoring force of said torsion bar. While a resiliently supporting mechanism 20 of the cabin 3 is constituted providing two coil springs 22, 23 to be coaxially arranged in series in the upper and the bottom of a spring receiving plate 21a of a bracket 21 secured to the outside of the frame 1.
