PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of metal sealing plates which also serve as positive and negative terminals with an insulating sealing body by bonding a metal-bonding resin which serves as an insulating sealing member to the periphery of each metal sealing plate, and bonding the melt-bonding resins each other by heat-pressing. CONSTITUTION:A positive mix 12 which is smaller than the area of a sealing plate 11 is formed on one side of the metal sealing plate which also serves as a positive terminal so that the periphery of the sealing plate 11 is exposed in a frame shape, and a frame-shaped melt-bonding resin 13a is bonded to the periphery by heat-pressing. A negative sheet 15 which is smaller than the area of a sealing plate 14 is formed on one side of a sealing plate 14 so that the periphery of the sealing plate 14 is exposed in a frame shape, and a melt- bonding resin 13b is bonded to the periphery by heat-pressing. The metal sealing plates 11, 14 are arranged so that the positive mix sheet 12 and the negative sheet 15 are faced with a separator 16 interposed, and the melt-bonding resins 13a, 13b are bonded by heat-pressing. |
