The present invention relates to a rotational moulding (rotomoulding) installation for the manufacture of products made from synthetic material. This installation includes a main carrousel equipped, for example, with four carriages 11, 12, 13 and 14 and associated with a charging and demoulding (load-unload) station 12, an oven 16 and two cooling chambers 17 and 18. It also includes a secondary carrousel 20 equipped with two carriages 21 and 22 and associated with a charging and demoulding (load-unload) station 23 and having two cooling chambers 24 and 25. The oven can move between a position 16 and a position 16' so as to be able to receive either the carriages of the main carrousel 10 or those of the secondary carrousel 20. This installation makes it possible to eliminate the dead time during which the oven has to be kept at temperature when empty. <IMAGE>
