PURPOSE:To inexpensively and surely reduce the shift of timing by shifting DC levels of positive-polarity and negative-polarity signals from each other and obtaining a crossing point of signals in a time, which is short as far as possible, after the rise and the fall of signals and using this crossing point as a reference timing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the DC level of a negative-polarity signal PB is shifted from VO to VDC in the negative direction, a crossing point M between signals PA and PB is attained in a time tau1, which is short as much as possible, after a start point TO of the fall and the rise of signals PA and PB in every one cycle of signals PA and PB. Consequently, the influence of distortion is little just after the start of the fall and the rise of signals PA and PB though waveforms of signals PA and PB are distorted, and therefore, the extent of the timing of the crossing point M is reduced, and times tau1 and tau2 are equalized approximately. Thus, the extent of shift of the reference timing in plural circuits is reduced.
