PURPOSE:To facilitate program developing by making individual data subroutine and controlling individual data by a control table in which processing information is written. CONSTITUTION:Individual data preparing and processing means 1, 2 that prepare individual data and control tables 3, 4 for processing and connecting individual data are provided corresponding to individual data. Processing information 5 for starting a preparing and processing means of the first individual data A, a connecting information 6 for connecting the second individual data B arranged next, and designation information 7 that designates the control table 4 of the second individual data B are provided in the control table 3 of the first individual data A. Control table means are selected successively according to the designation information 7 designated in order of arrangement and individual data are prepared, and at the same time, data are constituted by connecting individual data based on the connecting information 6. Thus, a data preparing and processing program can be made versatile.
