<p>PURPOSE:To compact the line installation space by forming a wind glass transporting/mounting line, which in a single line can mount two types of wind glasses, i.e. adhesive type and seal rubber type. CONSTITUTION:This mounting device is equipped with No.1 wind glass transporting device 4 and No.2 wind glass transporting device 6, whereof the No.1 device 4 is so arranged that wind glass of both the adhesive type and seal rubber type can be carried in by a pre-transport device 8. In this pre- transport device 8, the wind glass 2 is transported in the direction of arrow B, and adhesive type wind glass will be coated with a primer by a primer robot in the process of transporting by this device 8. In a specified position downstream the coating robot in this glass transportation, wind glass of seal rubber type can be interrupted onto the device 6 by an operator.</p> |
